This form is used to request grants from your Advised fund.

Thank you for your interest in the Franklin County Community Foundation’s Grant Program.

Requests for grant funding between grant cycles will be deferred to the regular grant

cycle when reasonably possible.  However, if Discretionary funds are available for a grant, and
there is justification for approving a grant in advance of the cycle, the following
authorities have been established for these interim grants:

The Executive Director has discretion to approve requests up to $300.

Requests of $301 to $1000 need approval of the Executive Committee.

Requests of $1001 to $2000 need full Board approval.

Requests for over $2000 will generally be deferred to the annual grant cycle,

however there could be special circumstances whereby the delay would
jeopardize a worthwhile project.  The Board will have the authority to approve
such requests that exceed $2,000.
